I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexology Healthcare Practitioner and I have a certification in SpiderTech Kinesiology taping. The service I provide is very individual and I can take care of you naturally from head to toe.
Alyse provides Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Massage Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology (Foot)/Thai Reflexology/Zone Therapy (Facial Reflexology), Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapy.
Since I graduated in 1996 from Kikkawa College School of Massage Therapy, I have gleaned 24 years of experience during my years in practice of massage therapy to ultimately enable peak performance of various musculoskeletal functioning of my clients.

He specializes in all types of massage and enjoys working with a diverse range of clients including teachers, children and office workers, as well as professional athletes and body builders. He works with clients of all ages from 4 years of age to 90 with a variety of physical ailments and complaints.
Stephanie provides Massage Therapy, Thai Massage Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapy. I'm always amazed by the profound effect that therapeutic touch can have on our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and I endeavour to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space at my practice, that promotes better health through massage therapy and movement.

Love this place. And I recommend Michael hands-down. Exceptionally skilled, professional, kind, gives you space to chat or relax in peace. I've been to many RMTs over the years, and he's the only one I've gone back to. Finds all the knots with expert hands. (I'd esp. urge women to see beyond the gender of your RMT when booking your next massage here!)

I started seeing Yazdan Raees because of shoulder and elbow issues caused by my work station set-up since working from home. Not only did Yazdan take care of the issue in a few sessions, he also helped with tightness and realigned my body from head to toes. His treatment was amazing - the best I ever received!

I have been going to the therapy lounge for a few years now..for massage and manual osteopathy. My massages are always great! and I have to say that Yazdan my Osteopath Manual Therapist is amazing. He can magically make the pain, ache, and any stuck areas go away. Thank you Yazdan!!So much better!! If you have not been to an osteopath yet ...I highly recommend it...your body will thank you.

Hey Sara M (post April 4th, 2019), I saw your post and had to reply as a long time customer. It sounds like you've had a frustrating situation but I've been going to Therapy Lounge for a decade and haven't had, nor heard of, this type of thing. Hopefully you see this as a unique situation and try them again one day. I tend to go 6 times a year, so hardly a "regular" and the whole staff have been accommodating and incredibly pleasant to work with, let alone all the effective and therapeutic massages that I've had.

I finally tried this place and it was great! I had a huge headache that wouldn't let up and getting a massage really helped. They were able to fit me in the same day. The place is very clean and has a really nice vibe to it. Loved the massage ❤❤

Megan is AWESOME! I was referred to Therapy Lounge from my Chiropractor, and it has been fantastic. Megan takes extensive notes and is always sure to pay attention to my problem areas and apply just the right amount of pressure for me. I always leave feeling great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great massage in the Beach!

Therapy Lounge encompasses the best practitioners in the beach. Megan (owner) is simply one of a kind. She's energetic, caring and so knowledgeable and has been able to treat a variety of my issues. She's also sport specific and treats athletes and fitness minded people alike. I've tried a few of her other practitioners and they are hands down, excellent. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I've been coming here since 2012 to get massages and have worked with various people in the company. Each person has a unique approach to dealing with my condition (I had back surgery and special care needs to be taken).
Recently met Leanne and she was absolutely. She knew exactly how much pressure to use around my scar tissue and afterwards she provided tips on how i can correct my back posture and release tension in my hips.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a RMT.

I went for my first session and was a bit put off by the organization.
When I booked my session, the receptionist was very lovely. When I got there, I had to wait for 15 minutes before my therapist took me in. Maybe I'm being picky, but in a lot of other places they take me in at my scheduled time unless I arrive early.
I was offered water while waiting which was kind.
My session wasn't too great as it was hard to relax - between the music that was playing with advertisements in the room (YouTube offers a ton of unlimited relaxing music that you don't have to pay for), and the
