Shabri Property Management

If I could give them zero stars it would be shown, horrible management, condo fees are high and they never uphold to the fees, zero lawn maintenance, zero snow removal, 50.00 a month for an extra parking space, which anyone can steal! We pay for snow removal and they never show, only when it's 10 degrees out and no snow you can find the company they hired salting no reason for that to happen. Just don't deal with this property management company. Horrible experiences.

I really agree with the previous comments from people, worst customer service, I have been trying to get hold of Property manager for last one week but no response. We have left numerous voice mails but no response. Called the office the girl was very rude and she mentioned I cant help you I just work at reception to transfer calls. these companies charge big money to manage the property and this behavior is completely unacceptable.

Had yet again another unprofessional pathetic interaction with this company. This time with Patricia in accounts receivable. These people lack customer service skills. These people lack the capacity to properly handle business and shouldn't even be operating. I already have a lawsuit against them for failing to salt and treat during the winter months. It's been 6 years of garbage. What's the point of owning a home when you still have to answer to a condo corporation who doesn't know how to do their jobs and doesn't handle resident issues properly.... Don't walk, RUN away from purchasing anywhere

I have never written a bad review and I have had some awful experiences. I had the misfortune of speaking with a property manager at Shabri Property Management . This person was very rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. She doesn't believe in notifying the individual home owner before they do a service on your property that they will charge you because "we are not children and she does not have the time to send notices". AWFUL service!! They talk about keeping our front garden weed free yet the lawn is covered in weeds and we pay maintenance fees to maintain the lawn.

Shabri is one of the most unprofessional companies I have had the misfortune to run into. The advise they give in many cases is contrary to the legal responsibilities to the Board. They do not consult with Condominium Boards, rather assume they run the condominium rather than serving the Board.

Shabri Properties Ltd. has not paid our lawn maintenance company and the condo owners are now left with unkept property & grass/weeds over 2 feet tall. Numerous emails & voice messages have been left with the President of the company regarding lack of lawn care & property safety concerns. All have been ignored.

Patricia was working on an issue as a result of my bank account being frozen after fraudulent activity was noticed. It took longer than expected but without Patricia"s perseverance it wouldn't have come to an agreeable conclusion. Thanks for the assistance Patricia

Wow The reviews say it all. Wow Being the largest property management company in town over three thousand units.Nice racket.The silly folk don't even have a slot or a drop off box on there new building. They came thru my apartment snapping pictures of the inside of my fridge go figure. Personal makes a company. To be fair the girl that handles my file nothing but respect. Wonderful and trustworthy.

This is the worst of worst property management ever, for that matter worst of any organizations I had ever engaged or heard about. For weeks I have tried to reach out to them where an operator of the sort notes down my message and many times I left a voice message never to be returned. Never sent a single mail of notification but instead raised a lien without ever trying to reach out or even returning man y calls for getting any sort of information.
This is a scams not a company - just hanging around to collect fee and never respond.

This company certainly does not deserve one star. I am not sure why the maintenance fees went up. Apparently, landscaping is included but there is absolutely no evidence of this. The weeds are out of control all over the place and when you call them, they are rude and just give you a hard time. That’s if you can actually get a hold of someone. How bad does it have to get? What are we paying for when the tenants have to do their own landscaping on property they do not own.
