Professional Property Management undertakes all renting of client's properties at a reduced cost. We are aligned with several major local companies. JBC Paralegal Services, provides paralegal services pertaining to tenant issues including evictions.
Why should I hire a rental property company you ask? Two reasons, the first one and the biggest of them all "freedom". The second reason "peace of mind" It makes it difficult to take extended vacations because if something goes wrong you could be hundreds of miles away. Owning a rental property can be very demanding at times especially if you are a first time property owner.

Brad lies in court and to tenant's. They do not do what they say they will. I highly doubt anyone they send to your house is licensed. Some of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I wish my landlord would realize that and fire them. Apparently Brad also likes to go to tenant's houses and be rude to them.

Terrible, SCAMMERS!
Since hiring this company, my properties have made no return when they did previously.
Suddenly it costs 1600 dollars to change a 20 inch window, rent decreases for tenants and i have been charged over tens of thousands of dollars for nonsense repairs that were completely fine and never even touched.
Brad and others are crooks. I have relinquished this company from all of my properties!!

Worst professional experience ever. These guys will take your money and do absolutely nothing. Had tenants constantly calling complaining that no one ever responded to their calls. After I let them go they just decided to keep $1325 and refused to even send an invoice to explain what the charges were for. Absolute crooks!! Much better management companies out there.

As someone who has rented their entire life, I can honestly say my experience with this company has been beyond terrible. I have never dealt with anything like this in my entire life. The administration staff is completely incompetent and lies about agreements already made with tenants,. The woman who works at the front desk is abusive and enjoys conflict, a number of people at my residence have expressed similar experiences with her to me so I know I'm not the only one. They are anything BUT professional, blame tenants for asking simple reasonable requests and make them feel guilty for asking

Landlords beware! If you expect this company to screen renters you are sorely mistaken. Our family's property was damaged with an infestation of cockroaches as the cherry on top. They let renters move their things in weeks in advance without compensation to the owners then lied about the move out date which shorted owners further when the renter couldn't afford to make payments anymore.

THE WORST PROPERTY COMPANY YOU CAN DEAL WITH! They are absolute crooks that will make up and lie about invoices to keep more money. They seem warm and friendly when you meet them but after you sign the agreement it will be a completely different story. For example, I had these losers try to find someone and install air conditioning at my property and they were going to charge me a $1000 more than the regular price. I can't wait to see this horrible company fail. All the people employed with this company needs to be unemployed. The most useless company I have ever witnessed.
