We regularly serve our local Trent Hills clients (Campbellford, Warkworth, and Hastings) and adjacent communities of Marmora & Lake, Stirling-Rawdon, Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, and Brighton, either in our local courthouses or select matters in other locations such as Toronto or Kingston.

As well, because we are centrally located and experienced in the courthouses in Peterborough, Belleville and Cobourg, we also help clients who live all the way from Durham Region to Bancroft/Kaladar, and everywhere in between for cases proceeding locally.Whether you are just down the road or an out-of-town client, we are pleased to assist you in handling your court case, administrative board or tribunal matter, or emerging dispute.
Services
Aaron Eddie is a partner at Kinch Eddie Litigation. He received his P1 Paralegal License in 2016 and has been practising since then in our office in Campbellford, representing clients primarily in the Belleville and Cobourg courthouses. Aaron was born and raised in Toronto and attended McMaster University in Hamilton where he received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree.
Jessica represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters involving custody and access, support issues, and property division/equalization. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in relation to family court applications and motions to change, and she has represented clients in interprovincial matters, such as interjurisdictional support order applications.
Justin Savoy is a graduate of the Durham College Paralegal Diploma program. He completed the program on the President's Honour Roll, and graduated with honours. He began working with Kat Kinch during his practicum at the beginning of 2016, providing support in municipal board matters and disclosure/document projects in large cases.
Kim Watson grew up in the Warkworth area and has returned to Trent Hills to live. She joined the Kinch Eddie Litigation team as an Administrative Assistant in 2019. In 2020, she was promoted to Law Clerk as our practice was expanding. Kim assists with keeping Kat on schedule, drafting letters and documents, client communications, and various assigned tasks.
Bronte Walker-Moores started at Kinch Eddie Litigation in late 2020, joining the team as an Administrative Assistant. Bronte is eager to use her skills in customer service and communication to assist clients throughout their legal matter with our firm. She also enjoys learning about the internal workings of a law firm and works diligently to help staff with their scheduling, invoicing, filing, and other various tasks.
