At The Dance Extension we believe that learning should be fun. Our staff strives to maintain a safe, creative and exciting classroom environment while offering the highest quality of dance training. We work with our dancers to instill healthy habits, a sense of team work, and the skills that can be used in and out of the dance studio.

Services
The Dance Extension Inc. first opened its doors in Etobicoke in 1998 under the direction of Maria Doria. The studio has successfully been in operation for 20 years and we are committed to providing excellent dance education in a family oriented environment. Our diverse and talented staff and guest choreographers are second to none.
We offer dance classes for ages 3 and older in Recreational levels, Pre-Competitive levels (6 or less hours per week) and Competitive levels (6 or more hours per week). Jazz is an energetic and fun style of dance, consisting of movements that are upbeat and sharp. Big leaps, turns, and body isolations often taught to popular music.

The Dance Extension is an absolutely amazing dance studio in Etobicoke. The director and her staff are beyond wonderful as teachers and mentors to all the dancers and their families. It is a heart warming environment where my daughter loves to spend her Saturday’s. We are new to the studio and couldn’t be more happy to have found a dance home.

The Dance Extension is an amazing dance company. From the teachers, the helping staff members right up to the owner! They are kind and have your child’s best interested in mind. They have a shoe exchange program which helps with cost and if your little one is 3... they are free!
My daughter was with a company before The Dance Extension and I can tell you that they made all the difference with her comprehension in dancing.

An amazing studio, with the best dance director that one could hope for. The Dance Extension is like a home.. where my daughters can enjoy their passion for dance, in a warm and supportive environment. They are pushed to reach their personal best, to work hard, and have fun and make friendships along the way. Thank you Maria!
