Latin Energy Dance Studio is based in south Mississauga near Port Credit and we offer dance lessons & shows specializing in Salsa, Bachata & Argentine Tango. We also host a monthly party in Port Credit. 2016, 2015 & 2014 World Latin Dance Cup Champions in several Divisions including 10 GOLD, 4 SILVER and 4 BRONZE MEDALS in Salsa On1, Salsa On2, Bachata, Kizomba, Shines and Argentine Tango.

I have been taking lessons here since January of 2020. I started with Salsa and now take both Salsa and bachata. The instructors are professional while still making class fun. Always receive the constructive feedback in order to improve - making social dancing more fun!!! Look forward to classes every week.

For years, I have been wanting to learn how to salsa and I’m so happy my friend found Latin Energy. The instructors are amazing as well as patient and we are having a fantastic time. I look forward to the group lessons ever week. It’s the highlight thing of my week. Everyone is so much fun and supportive.

Latin dancing was a dream of mine for many years! I came to Latin Energy in 2016 with my friend to bring excitement and joy in our lives. The school is great! The instructors are amazing - professional, caring, sexy, and fun! I’ve a met a lot of great people there and made friends. I started with Salsa lessons, and now I really enjoy Bachata classes! Also, I take performance classes. Monthly theme socials are fun! Thanks to Latin Energy I gained confidence, met new friends, my life became brighter and more interesting!

UPDATE: I have now been to 4 of their social nights (performed at one of them) and I had the time of my life at every occasion! The DJ usually plays a mix of 3 salsa songs and 2 bachata songs and adds a chacha/other Latin genre in there. They always have a dance lesson before the event (one for beginners, one for intermediates) and it really helps set a fun, open-minded and welcoming mood for everyone, from beginner to professional. Absolutely - The Best Latin Dance school!!! Very friendly atmosphere. The way classes are structured - you learn quickly and have lots of fun. Singles or couples - everyone feels welcomed . The very first time I tried a class at Latin Energy I knew immediately that this was the place to be! The level of teaching, the passion and the personal attention was a reflection and continues to be of the quality of excellence this school represents. Vanesa, Mark, Natalie and the team all give over 100% of their dedication to ensure that we learn. The social events they offer once a month are a great opportunity to practice not only with the students but also with the teachers who gladly give their time. This is definitely the place to be!
