Our newest location in Duncan is located at Beverly Corners. We are pleased to serve surrounding areas with state-of-the-art technology and both modern and traditional methods of care. Visit our main location in Duncan, enclosed by the Trans-Canada Highway, Beverly Street, and Canada Avenue. We are right next to Thrifty Foods.
Just a brief stroll from Waterwheel Park, our Chemainus practice serves the additional areas of Duncan, Ladysmith, Cofton, Westholme, Thetis Island, Salt Spring Island, and Penelakut Island. We look forward to serving you at our Chemainus location next to Grapefully Yours Winemakers. Find us just off of Maple Lane and Croft Street.

In this COVID-19 pandemic the frame of my glasses broke, the first day I started an online Masters level Research course. I called Erin, in the Duncan office, drove 1/2 hour to get there. Within a half hour she had put my old lenses into new frames that I really like and the price was great too! When hugs are allowed, she will be one of the first to get one. Thank-you for your professional and great service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Trevor Miranda’s for many years. Due to extremely dry eyes, I require an eyecare procedure every 6 months. I am always reassured that the diagnosis Dr.T. delivers is a team effort between the state-of-the-art equipment he has and the exceptional skill and expertise he has gained through the 25 years he has practiced… optometry. Due to the exceptional service he and his staff have given me (and I’m sure all their patients) I continue to drive from Victoria to have all my eyecare needs met at this clinic. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with attention to detail and good information. Erin made sure that I was aware of all the possible options and what they meant for my vision. I started experiencing eye pain a couple of weeks ago and called Cowichan Eyecare to schedule an eye exam. They were able to fit me in within a couple of days to make sure everything is ok which was amazing. Dr. Miranda was very informative and helped me understand what was causing my eye pain and the ladies who assisted with my exam, check in, and picking out a pair of glasses were absolutely wonderful to work with. It was all around a great experience and I would 100% recommend them to others!

Trevor, all the other eye are specialists and the entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is the place to go for eye care in the Cowichan Valley.
That Cowichan Eyecare grew from a small office in Mill Bay to the several offices that now operate in the Valley is a testimony to how popular they are.
