Booked a month here & was given a price over the phone - once we arrived there was a $300 increase. Also had a random knock on the door after 28days saying we were expected to be leaving that day after explicitly saying we were there from the 24-24th. We ended up paying an extra night to collect all of our belongings. Noticed some of the suites had a full stove/oven - we were given a stove top with a broken element. I had to purchase a toaster oven for the month off marketplace. The current rod also broke after noticing it had been taped back together.

My grandparents arrived today and after checking in, were faced with having to scale a barrier of snow just to access their room. My grandmother has a medical procedure in the morning and they chose this motel because they’d had a good experience in the past. However, my 85 year old grandfather is handicapped and had a very difficult time negotiating the snow and so my grandmother kindly called the front desk to ask if someone could clear a path to their car so he could access it without fear of falling. The man at the desk said that was no problem and that it would be taken care of soon. This

I booked a room at this hotel, having noted on numerous web sites, including the hotel's site, that they are 'pet friendly'. There is no place in the registration process that allows for noting a pet. I called the hotel to confirm that they accepted pets, based on a little voice in my head, and was told that they DO Not accept pets, and are in the process of deleting this from their web site. Thank goodness I called or I would have arrived in Kelowna, only to be turned away with no accommodation and having to find something from my car. Very poor customer service.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Oasis Inn for two nights. We stupidly booked through Booking.com for October instead of September as we were in a rush trying to find a place and when we got to the front desk to check in, neither myself or the lady at the front desk noticed the error.
As we were checking out, she told us we would have to call Booking to cancel our reservation and if we did not do this, she would not return our $200 damage deposit. We cancelled the booking, and repaid for the two nights that we stayed at a significantly increased cost. Granted, I know it was our mistake that we

NOT ACCEPTABLE DURING COVID AT ALL!!
We booked the pool and then people refused to leave for our time slot and more continued coming in, I found a man's thermal underwear and some garbage under the couch as we were cleaning to leave (not ours so obviously not cleaned thoroughly), some makeup of sort was still smeared on the corned of the bathroom mirror when we checked in and a corner of the bedroom was left quite dirty. Overall it decent for quite but cleanliness was gross and the pool thing really irritated us, and the front desk didn't care.

Garbage Inn - Do not recommend.
I get that there is a price point to match for this Inn but the most basic maintenance for the furniture and basic amenities are not done which makes for a safety risk.
There are exposed nail heads all around the base of the bed frame where you can hit your foot and open up your skin. The worst of all, the staff does not seem to care when I mentioned it and did not seem concerned at all, telling me "accidents happen" which is what scares me more. She could not understand that yes, accidents happen but exposed nail is a safety hazard. Imagine if it were an elderly

An older model with some renovations. I love the extra wide fridge cabinet as I like to organize things, so they are easy to grab. We had 2 rooms (bathrooms were not updated but the rooms looked nice). They have a small pool that you can cool down & 4 BBQ's for guests with nice area to sit down. They are very close to the city beach 🏖️ 6 minutes drive.

Hotel is very neat and tidy, rooms had a partition that worked well for us. Was clean and had some updates, I really liked the blinds, very chic! Beds were comfy and lots of different pillows provided. I think this hotel should be 3 stars at least. It was very relaxing and surprisingly quiet for the busy location. Price was great, would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!!
