We are a team of professionals that are passionate about getting back to living and loving your life. My name is Crystal Brown and i have been a registered massage therapist since 2006. Since school i have also studied Thai Yoga, Hot Stone/ Cold Stone and Indian head massage treatments. I am a mom of one so far and I love to run 5km races, so to help keep me and my clients in great condition.

Having said that, I have studied in depth sports injury therapies as well as athletic massage techniques. John earned his Honours in Kinesiology degree from Brock University in 2015. He then went on to complete a Graduate certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College in 2017.

I had a 30 minute massage. I requested a deep tissue massage with lots of pressure as I am recovering from a strain-related injury. The massage felt shallow and did not address my knots and where the pain was originating. I wish more of the massage was spent on working on those problem areas.

I love Deep Tissue Massage. John not only provides a deep tissue massage, I can ask him to deepen or to lessen the pressure at any time, he has treated several issues I had to my complete satisfaction

The clinic is warm and cozy. The rooms are comfortable, stocked and very relaxing. The overall environment of this clinic is a 10/10. I have seen Katalina and Crystal. It is clear they are passionate and experienced RMTs and should come highly recommended.

I was experiencing problems with chronic shoulder pain. Marie treated me, performing muscle activation technique, after the first treatment I did not see any improvement, I saw her the following week, and she performed the same treatment, I did not notice any improvement from this type of treatment. It was very difficult getting an appointment here, as they are booking a month out, this did not work for me.
