No Fuss No Muss at Peterborough Appliances!!!! Called, told them what I wanted. Paid. Arranged delivery within the week. Awesome friendly delivery fellows arrived and delivered my dishwasher and took my old one. All with a smile which just means sooooo much! Thank you for making my local purchasing a pleasure! Sales and service were all smiles and at my beck and call when I spent over $20,000.00 in appliances for my new home. As soon as I pointed out they damaged my very expensive brand new floor while installing my fridge as well, the fridge doors are quite visibly damaged from factory (I don’t know how they had to guts to actually allow a noticeably damaged fridge leave their warehouse) I get crickets. I’ve been ghosted. Many messages and emails have been left with no return calls.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased all of our appliances for our home just over a year ago from them. We also purchased the five year extended warranty, we were told that if anything happened to our appliances we would get a brand new appliance no questions asked due to spending The extra money on the five year extended warranty. About a month ago our chest freezer started leaking. I contacted them right away and they sent a technician out, the technician confirmed that our freezer was leaking. After that it took about a week for the extended warranty company to contact us to confirm
