I can't say enough good things about our two experiences with Briers. We have two couches from them now and would buy again if we had another room needing more haha. They have so many options of configurations, sizes and fabrics you will be able to find what suits you perfectly. Missy and Cherie are exceptional designers and their customer service is above and beyond. We even took some fabric swatches home and were able to take the time we needed to measure so we knew we were making the right decision. They also give great advice on what will work well if you find the design part overwhelming.

I went to a few furniture stores in the area, and this one had the best prices and service. Seriously it is a fabulous in-store experience. Cheri was so much help - even looked at pictures of my new apartment and gave me suggestions and design possibilities. The quality of their furniture is great. Delivery was quick. We will keep buying from Briers for as long as we live here.

If you are looking for passionate, friendly and expert advise on design I highly reccommend Briers and Cherie in particular. I was very uncomfortable with my shopping experience here. The first time I came in to look at the couch I wanted it was a great price on the sticker. I called and they said it was on hold for someone else but they'd let me know.
Since they knew I wanted it, when I returned they'd swapped out the price tag for a more expensive one. They also tried to charge me more than the red sale price based on the level of material. However... it was a floor model soo why would the red sale price at the top

The ordering process was good (I ordered online) but the post purchase service was excellent. David and Jack worked around my schedule to deliver my dinning set and were kind enough to help me assemble a tricky portion of the table which I would have certainly struggled with solo. After assembling my chairs I realized one was defective and David delivered a replacement the very next day. Thanks David & Jack!

We bought our sectional from Briers and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Cherie was an absolute gem to work with, providing us with thoughtful suggestions that would best suit the look and vibe we were after, and offering helpful interior decorating advice as we figured out how to furnish our place.
Shipping took a few weeks longer than we were quoted which wasn't ideal, but with the pandemic and general furniture shortages, I can't blame that on Briers.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Cherie and Missy are absolute gems! I walked into Briers without a solid concept in mind, and they helped me build a custom sofa from the ground up. They even helped me measure out my space when it looked like my hand-scrawled map wasn't adding up! I am so glad for their guidance, because my purple sectional is totally a dream! It even has a sofa bed hidden inside for when my parents come by! Special shout out to the absolute professional move-team on delivery day! They were so strong!!!! My couch is super comfy, and I've already spilled spaghetti sauce on it, and wiped it off with a wet towel

Even more impressive is their after sales service. Nine months after purchase, one of the chairs for some unknown reasons started to show some wrinkles on the back rest. After letting them knowing and submitting some photos, they advised no problem I would get a replacement, wow how nice is that! Yesterday my new chair was delivered and assembled for me.

The staff member (Cherie) we dealt with is totally disorganized, did not call when she said she would (several times) and sent us to the wrong address in Burnaby to pick up our item. At the location she sent us to we were told that Cherie had been told the previous day that this needed to be picked up at a different location. I still do not understand why Cherie could not be bothered to email or pick up the phone to let us know of this. The only reasons I can dream up is that Cherie is totally disorganized, she doesn't respect her customers/care about inconveniencing her customers.

We had a pleasant experience choosing and receiving our Enya sectional over two visits with David and Cherie. Additionally, when we found that the cushions were too soft, David took the time to have custom foam inserts created to provide both better support and a better overall look! This is the sort of excellent service you can expect from Briers, they stand behind their products! Our sectional fits our space perfectly, and we could not be happier!

We recently purchased one of the Stylus made-to-order couches - the staff were so helpful and insightful! Even helping us decide on fabrics most resistant to cat dander and potential scratching. My experience with Briers was excellent! I found the bed I wanted and shopped around to get the best price and Briers had the same bed five hundred dollars cheaper than the other stores! It was so simple to order online and any questions I had were answered very on the phone and email. The delivery was so friendly, efficient and very accommodating! Missy, the interior designer at Briers was so knowledgeable and patient in helping me finding the perfect sofa for my new place. When I got my sofa, the legs were in the wrong colour. I told Missy and their customer service manager Dave contacted me right away. The legs were swapped within 3 days!

I appreciate the Brier's team customer service from beginning to end! I am thankful for Dave's quick and attentive action. We purchased a Stylus made to order sectional and 3 weeks after delivery I noticed the back cushions and side pillows had not expanded properly and was under-stuffed. Dave was super helpful personally brought the pillows back to Stylus to be re-stuffed within ONE day. Knowing the holidays were just around the corner and I wanted to have the sofa ready to entertain my guest he put a rush on the order. Thank you again Dave and the Brier's team!

We purchased a sofa and 2 chairs 5 years ago from Briers. The quality and customer service was amazing. Our sofa was custom made and when it arrived we discovered it wouldn't fit up our stairs. David and the team at Briers went above and beyond to hoist our new sofa up 3 stories into our suite. It's now 5 years later and we are moving and needed to get our sofa out so we made a quick call to David who offered to return and help make it happen! Incredible! My wife and I are really pleased with the furniture that we purchased from Briers. The sales people were very helpful in giving us colour and style suggestions. There were initially a few flaws when the furniture was delivered, but Briers went out of their way to fix the issues in a very timely fashion! We would definitely shop here again!

We just purchased a storage bed from Briers. We were happy with the bed but the delivery guys who set up the bed did not notice that one of the supporting legs was bending. We notified the store of the problem and the next day they sent David to fix it. His service was outstanding. Happy, cheerful, and fixed the problem in a few minutes.

I really appreciated the service from Cherie and the team. They helped me pick out dining chairs, egg chair, sofa and everything arrived on time and was high quality. In addition when there was a slight delay in shipping the chairs they organized to put them together for me so when they arrived they would be good to go. After having recently moved out with the new wife, we have spent a considerable amount of time in furniture stores. Let me tell you that the experience at Briers is completely different. They have friendly and helpful staff that took the time for us to move furniture around the store, and looked through photos of our new place to suggest decorating ideas. We havent gotten this type of service anywhere. Their showroom looks packed full of stuff but it looks beautiful and not cluttered. I don't know how thats accomplished. This is a neat store with lots of Knick Knacks for gifts for everyone on your list.
Nice selection of Lug Bags, 2 floors and the upstairs stock little gifts for groomsmen and bridesmaids.
Currently there is a Buy 1 Bag get the second Free promotion for all the upstairs bags.
Staff are very friendly and helpful but a bit hovering.
