Services
We opened our Outlet in 2008 to bring in more new products and offer an alternative for our customers. It's a warehouse concept! Most of our sofas and upholstered beds come specific in certain colours, opposed to made-to-order like our main store. By these items being made in volume, the cost is reduced.
All deliveries are done with 2 men crew and usually booked within a 2 hour window so we don't have to keep you home all day. To find you a best rate, we will contact our delivery service providers and get back to you within 24 hours with a quote for your approval. Your credit card will not be charged until we consult with you first about actual delivery cost.

Quality furniture, great prices & friendly staff. We recently moved and had been to 10+ furniture stores before we found Valley Direct. We loved their furniture and had an amazing experience overall. They’ve got great pieces and can even build custom furniture if needed. We only wish we had found them sooner! Highly recommend.

Tristan was amazingly helpful and patient (lots of information, he knows his product very well, and no pressure) while I was deciding. I had a one off manufacturer issue with a headboard, part of the internal support was missing that wasn't obvious until after delivery. Tristan said he'd send someone to look at it. The next day they showed up with a compllete replacement. Their delivery folks are fantastic. Went way above and beyond. I will definitely buy again. Worth it to check them out.
