Beautiful Campground just a short walk from Ipper wash Beach. This will be our sixth year at the campground. Carolinian Forest has a really nice community of campers. We all enjoy the peace and quiet that goes along with this Campground. Almost every one of the campsites is surrounded by tall mature trees. Only a short drive to groceries or gas station. Ipperwash Beach Club restaurant is just down the road if you're looking for some good pub food.

From your very first visit In the park it feels like home. It is a family- owned campground and the owners share their enthusiasm for the camping lifestyle with all of the residents at the park ! The park is very well maintained and the lots are generous! Ian and I have enjoyed more than a decade of summers at the Carolinian Forest campground and truly believe it is the best park In Southern Ontario. This is our home away from home!

We were never interested in having a camper but one thing led to another and now we have been at the Carolinian Forest Campground for 4 years. The owners, Tyler and Heather are amazing. Very patient and helpful with newbies like ourselves. We have never met so many wonderful people as the other campers here. To top it all off this campground is beautiful. The sites are spacious with so many beautiful trees. The campers really take care of their lots, the pride is evident. We highly recommend this park

After a recommendation from a resident of “The Carolinian”, my wife and I booked a week here in July 2017. As soon as we pulled in the front gate and unhooked the trailer we knew right away we loved the park. The owners take pride in their business, never stop working to ensure that everyone has a great time. Great summer schedule of fun with live music, potluck, etc. Great local golf courses in the area.
Or you can just relax with a glass of wine around the campfire.
As I said we booked a week last summer....and never left. Our home away from home.

Absolutely beautiful campground with very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the opportunity to meet the owners during my stay and I can't say enough good things about them. All of the accommodations were very clean and well kept. The owners have been working hard at upgrading some of their facilities and they look great! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I am not sure about the negatives comments about this campground. My friend and I just came back from staying there . The camp is very clean and the washrooms are very clean. We had no issues with anyone bothering us about anything . When we arrived there was no one at the office but they have a place right near the gate and they came immediately when we got there . This is the only time that we saw them, however we were told if we needed anything to just go to there place. It is a quiet campground but we found everyone to be very friendly. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes but it's a nice

NOT A FAMILY CAMPGROUND. Beautifully maintained, but the rule book ridiculous and militarily enforced. If you talk too loud management will appear seemingly out of nowhere to quiet you immediately. No radio after 11, even if only you can hear. We spent a total of 22 days at the site this summer and our hydro bill was $450. Residents average age around 55 and small handful of kids thru-out the park. If your looking for a retirement community campground where the rules are strictly enforced, amenities pitiful and gouged for wood and hydro this is your spot!!!

While it's a long drive from Toronto, I really liked the beach near this campground, and the friendliness of the staff and visitors. It is definitely more oriented towards campers than tents, as there seem to be a lot of permanently parked trailers there. If you are somebody using your tent, as I was, you'll want to pick sites closer to the back so you have a few trees. This is not like camping out in the forest, so be sure you know what you are getting.
The washrooms were clean. The showers were in good shape (bring some loonies, as they seem to be short on change). The outdoor pool was colder
