Blue Heron was originally established in 2004 to fill the need for a local courier services in the Delta, B.C. area. We launched Zip Courier in 2008 in response to a growing demand for more services and a larger coverage area.
Our fleet at present consists of approximately 40 courier vehicles including hatchback cars, SUV's, minivans and cargo vans as well as approximately 12 3 ton and 5 ton refrigerated trucks, all of our large trucks are equipped with tailgates, and pallets jacks, most are equipped with power pallet jacks.

Horrible experience. I made less than $6/hr in the month of April 2020 after fuel and tax expenses. They hung up on me when I asked for my final pay. They owe me from May 1 to May 22, 2020 and refuse to pay me before June 10. I was hired to make $3500-$4500 a month. Minimum wage pays way more.

They tend to park their hideous yellow vans in neighborhood streets. someone needs to tell the driver of HJ-4786 that he's blocking a portion of a driveway. I'll wait 24hrs to see if he moves it or arrange City of Surrey to ticket the vehicle. City of Surrey parking bylaw states you cannot park within 1.5M of driveway. This guy's front end is within the driveway opening. no respect for the neighbours.

These guys were absolutely fantastic - highly recommend! They took my call on the weekend and managed to organize a last minute dedicated courier for the next day. Chris who I spoke to even went in to the office on the weekend to make all arrangements which was above and beyond. The courier service was on time and delivered the package safely to its destination.

We hired Zip Couriers to help us out with delivering our desserts to our wedding on a Sunday. They had great service and a great price! Our desserts were delivered on time, without out incident. They have fantastic prices and I will be using them again. Zip has helped me out on two occasions where time was of the essence and they were larger items that needed to be picked up and both times they were delivered with out any damage and on time. Really impressed and totally would recommend them.

We have used this courier twice for same day delivery of documents from our home in Surrey to a business in Abbotsford. Both times our experience with the dispatcher was very good, pick up from our house was prompt (within an hour), and delivery was was on time. We chose to go with a local same day courier as the larger companies (Fedex, UPS, etc.) could not guarantee delivery before 4pm...the next day. Zip Couriers was able to deliver our documents a full day before the larger companies and for approximately the same price. To top it off, they come and pick them up! I would recommend Zip if you
