Services
Our highly experienced team of service professionals specialize in providing our diverse clientele with the highest quality of time sensitive delivery and logistic solutions meeting and exceeding their service needs. We are proud that many members of our team from management, couriers to staff have been with Atlas Courier anywhere from 10, 20, to even 30 years.
We provide standard delivery service from 7am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. If no hours of operation are provided for the pick up or delivery location then standard business hours from 9am to 5pm will apply for the delivery. If the shipment is for an area east of Langley or Port Coquitlam please allow an additional hour for distance and traffic congestion.
It is our policy to reuse and recycle everything possible and use recycling bins for paper as well as cardboard. For over 15 years we have been faxing invoices, statements and reports directly from our system to our customer eliminating the printing of documents. Since 2002 we have offered our customers on line order processing.
I would like to set up an account but I may not meet your minimum requirement, what can I do?. We offer 2 options for setting up an account. 1. You can set up an account and be billed however; your charges must be over $100 per month. 2. You can set up an account with an option to pay with your credit card on each order.
Atlas Courier Ltd. was created to meet the demand for a quality courier service provider and management immediately realized the importance of information technology and the key role it would play in the on-demand courier industry. In 1981, Atlas Courier became the first courier company in the Vancouver area to implement a customized computer system.

I recently went to the Superstore on August 07,19 and took multiple photos of an Atlas driver (Coquitlam) who illegally parked along a fire no parking zone, blocked a stop sign from public view, and was parked in the wrong direction as he hugged the curb. Sent an email to the company with evidence, inexcusable sloppy poor judgment. Company never got back as suspected, no excuses. Safety, safety, safety and saw similar nonsense with a competitor that is far worse. Poor judgment and laws apply to all equally even couriers, and there needs to be more heightened scrutiny and enforceable oversight into

A lot of negative reviews speak towards the drivers. I deal with atlas daily and while I can't attest to the attitude or competency of the drivers the dispatch people that I deal with are top rate. Always efficient and professional with great systems in place to make Ace Courier very viable for a company looking at using them on the regular.

The most inconsiderate courier drivers on the road. The horn is not a substitute for common sense. I think their should use common sense before they start using the horn.
I just had a discussion with one driver in a loading dock about where I was backing in and why it is not a good idea to get behind truck. I pulled out to be nice and the fellow left and no sooner had I started to back in, another Atlas driver does the exact same thing. Very poor driving skills and poor representatives of their company.

I just asked my provider to don't send the items with this company again, super rude driver and just dropped the boxes outside the loading doors, I ask him "can we take them to the elevator" he asked "what you expect me to do?" I replied "to bring the boxes in with a cart" and he just walk away to his truck. Never again Atlas courier.

The courier that came by told me that they would "kick and kill my dog." We run a small management company in a private office (not open to the public) out of Burnaby. And the courier did not knock or allow us enough time to put our dog in the back office. Instead he came right in and of course, our dog wanting to protect us ran up to him and barked, but did not do much else. BTW our dog is a tiny 3 year old Jack Russell terrier who is super sweet all the time, unless when he feels like he's threatened. When I called trying to reach customer service, I was told that I shouldn't even have my dog
