Services
We started as One Stop Service in 1980. At that time our services included everything from steel fabrication, welding, construction diving including underwater welding and all kinds of over and underwater projects all over the province of BC. Some projects were very specialized like welding patches on the inside of a 22 water main pipe over 400 feet under the river bed.
We are trained and have extensive experience in many types of waterproof membranes and coatings including TPM, CIM, & EPDM, Epro, Sika, Dow Corning, Polycoat, Koster, Suprema, Protecto-wrap, Tremco, Bakor, Mapie, etc. We restore and waterproof all types of buildings from residential to industrial, ponds, tanks, dams, treatment plants, tunnels, foundations, reservoirs, fish tanks, clarifiers, digesters etc.
Protecting structures for the long term. We maintain the integrity and aesthetics of all types of buildings including some of the same brick buildings for 15 years. From repointing to brick re & re, glass or sand blasting with hot water to remove mineral deposits, we have done it. Crack repair may be possible instead of a complete repointing job with all the new small joint materials available in todays market.
For over 15 years we have conducted localized spot repairs to full scale rain screen. We have been trained and have extensive knowledge in sourcing and fixing leaks in buildings and in most cases find no reason to rebuild the building from the ground up. Referring to a "leaky condo" and being required by law to bring the entire building up to today's code or "rain screen".
We scan with Infrared Cameras & utilize Moisture detectors to help speed up the sourcing process. Repairing the leak is the easy part, finding the source or sources is the key to fixing it once and for all. Mold and dust mites can be very hard on both your health and your home. In just a few years, they can significantly damage your home and personal property, while allergens from mold spores and dust mite waste can damage your health.
