Adam came on time to investigate our flooding basement. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He went above and beyond by calling our city’s emergency line when he found signs that the issue most likely wasn’t on our property. Shortly after Adam also spoke with the city worker who came to our place to check things out.
To our huge relief, our flooding issue was resolved some hours later after another city worker came to cut out a huge root ball and did some drain cleaning along our back alley!
Overall I’m glad I called New World and I appreciate Adam’s sincere effort in resolving

Garen and his team were absolutely life saver.
We got water damage in our basement and I called restoration service company thinking they would be the right person to contact in first place big mistake or biggest mistake.
Restoration company wouldn’t guide me to the appropriate company to contact.
Instead suggested plumber to come and source out the problem since that’s not their expertise.
After spending ridiculous amount of money paying to restoration company and plumber I still didn’t have any answer.
Finally, today after just searching on my own contacted Garen.
He immediately responded
