Marie-France assisted me in buying my first house in 2001. Every renewal and my subsequent mortgage was handled by Marie-France. My last renewal she got me a better rate than the bank could offer according to the bank's mortgage manager. In the last year and half Marie-France and Michele have been helping me with a construction mortgage after my house was wrecked in a storm. I am not sure how I would be back in a house without their assistance. I live outside of Carleton Place and couldn't imagine using anyone else, despite the distance from me.
