No need to look any further if you are considering a mortgage broker! The team at Mortgage Forces is the absolute best. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I found the site online and called with a few questions. By the time I was off the phone, Danny had me all set up and confident with obtaining a not-so-usual mortgage. We’ve Dealt with Danny for 2 moves now. One from outside of Canada and one within. By far, he goes out of his way to ensure that all your questions are answered and to clarify any concerns. This move we also had Kevin assist us. He reached out on numerous occasions to assist with our questions and concerns as our mortgage wasn’t as straight forward as our last move. When he couldn’t assist with the info Danny quickly jumped in and kept us informed. My Wife Shirley and I have been working with Danny and Kevin for the last three months with our real estate purchase. To set up the mortgage and get things going, it went very smoothly. Danny was awesome and quick to answer emails and phone calls. Great bilingual service also! Unbeatable rates!
It did take a long time to get the cash back cheque however. I would have also preferred if the property appraisal would have been arranged and paid up front by Mortgage Forces.
Overall, a very positive experience. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a mortgage!
