Today was my fourth visit at this place. I was assisted by Tom. The first three times were alright so didn’t require a review but TODAY was the absolute best and all thanks to Tom 💕💕 Such a friendly and hardworking guy.. very detailed, patient and took really good care of my nails! This was my first and last time here. I had a pedicure done, the girl who did my pedicure ripped a big piece of my skin right beside my big toe and it hurt then I went home in pain and 2 days later I have an infection. I called and told them about this and they were very indifferent about my situation telling me sometimes this happens. This should never happen. I'm very upset. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

If i could put zero stars i would. Don’t bother calling early to book an appointment, they don’t honour the appointment. I showed up for my 4:15 appointment for acrylic refill and pedi .. they made me wait outside the doors until 4:40. They finally led me to a pedicure chair and did my pedi but when my pedi was completed, instead of completing the acrylic refill (that i had booked), i was told to wait while the salon employees took care of other women who didn’t have an appointment and arrived after me. So i waited for another 35 minutes when someone finally came to complete my acrylic refill

Might be new staff, but they blew past my appointment time by 40 minutes and I felt rushed once they finally got me in a chair. Got shellac mani pedi on a Thursday and by Sunday, one nail had chipping happening in the shellac. I had my nails done here for my wedding 7 years ago and had been a regular until March 2020. I am not sure I will go back.

This is my favorite place to get my nails and waxing done. I recommend asking for Cathy, she’s super friendly and never disappoints to get my eyebrows and nails the exact way I want it.
The atmosphere/place is really appealing and sanitary!
I noticed that they are really clean with their equipment, which makes me feel safe. I’d 100% definitely recommend this place!!

I was really happy to get acrylic nails done but I was very disappointed with how my acrylic nails turned out at this salon.You can see the nails are crooked, not painted properly and just uneven. The price was said to be only $40 however when the nails were done the price came to be $58 which is very costly for a set of poor quality acrylic nails. I do not recommend this nail salon at all.

12/24/19 I just went in and got a pedicure first off my feet are not that rough and after leaving there still super rough. I get my feet softer in my own shower. The water was barley warm. I also got a full set of nails and I asked for almond shape with a new years eve design the shape on each nail is different all she did was paint them these are the first set of nails I have gotten that I absolutely hate. I wish I could of asked them to undo everything cause these are horrendous. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Waste of my money. 😞 I know you can't see the paint job but it is bad, no care

The only thing i liked about it was the cute 4 ye old getting her nails done next to me. The man that did my nails first made me soak them in pink dyed type if acetone that turned my fingers pink. Then ended up getting glue on my hands and fingers not the nail, and glued his fingers to my acrylic nails several times pulling it off. He applied the thinest layer of acrylic to my nailni kjow they will break within the week. Then half filed them as i left with still jagged pieces. And only solared drued them for 15 secs not the 48 ßecs each. In the end it was 57 dollars of crappiest nail job done

Horrible service. I often get my nails done and went to this place in a pinch to get a full set. Nails are so badly done I can see my real nails in corners where acrylic is supposed to be covering. Sloppy job they are not even the same shape or length he completely botched my nails. Not worth the price of 55$ should've waited and gone to my normal place. Not to mention the salon is gross and dirty.

Not even sure how this place is operating inside a reputable mall. The tools used are old, the place is unclean and the services terrible. To start wasn't a good experience: I was ignored when I approached the counter by everyone working there. One women at the front desk saw me approaching, literally got up and then left. The same thing happened when I wanted to pay: I was waiting to pay and they instead spoke to the person wanting a service first before checking me out when I was waiting there before. The floors are very dirty, the tabletops for the manicures were not clean, and the shellac

I went in last week to get a set of acrylics for my birthday. The technician repeatedly pushed me to get dip powder nails when I insisted that it wasn't what I wanted, and ended up selling me on 2 crappy plastic rhinestones for a $5 upcharge. The shape was nice, but I noticed air bubbles beneath the acrylic shortly after. Lo and behold, my nails have begun to lift up from the bottom. One dip into my purse and I nearly lost my index nail entirely! I am certainly not impressed.
