This is the worst customer experience / company experience we have ever received. We called the company to set up a quote to build me a sun room. They stated they would have an estimator contact us. Two weeks later - No call from estimator. Called back. A week later estimator called. Estimator arrived. We were not home but there was easy… access to do approx. measurement while we spoke to her on the phone while at my house. She stated she would provide a quote by email that day. Two weeks later, no quote. Contacted the company again and they said they would re- contact the estimator. Two
