My husband Bryan had this put together of my baby English Bulldog, Jaxxon Crinkles. His death hit me hard and I was having trouble looking at any of his special belongings. Ferrante Framing went above and beyond to put it all together. I look at it everyday and I have very happy lots of my boy. I don't think they knew when they were designing this how much comfort it would bring to me. You are truly master designers. I have driven by Mr. Ferrante’s business for years, living in the area. Until now I have never loved a photo so much that I wanted it matted and framed. This photograph means so much to me, because my friend was the original photographer! This photograph of Peter Gabriel was taken in 1980 and it is absolute perfection now. Not knowing the process of having something professionally matted I was clueless when I walked in the door. I had purchased a Robert Bateman print recently and having just moved back to the Niagara Region I was unsure as to where to take it for framing.
We had driven by Ferrante's for years so I decided to take the print there.
We were delightfully surprised. We took it in on a Friday afternoon and got a call the next Thursday that it was done. We were so happy with the framing that was done that if needed I will certainly take any future prints there.

We’ve had a few framed prints that have need repairs and/or glass replaced in the last few years. Joe made them look better than the original work. The turnaround time was amazing. I always take my pictures there; always pleased with the results. A few weeks ago , I took in a small etching that he was unable to repair due to the foil frame, so it had to go back to the artist. But he was kind enough to give me 4 sawtooth hangers FREE, so that it does not happen to any in the set. Thanks, Joe

It seems that these days it’s almost unheard of to find a business that is all about customer service. I loved my experience with Ferrante Framing. The customer-service experience was relaxed and unrushed -- Joe clearly knows his stuff. I took a simple poster in to get framed, but the frame punches it up so much that I'm going to hang it someplace more prominent than I'd planned. The cherry on top was that the work took much less time than the week estimate I'd been given.
