Consistent professional training is vital for any individual to sculpt and transform his or her lifestyles into ideal versions. It depends on the experience of professional trainers and couches to what extent they can polish the skills of their team members/students.
OMAC Burlington has had such a tremendous impact on my son since he joined last year. The classes are engaging, fun, and interesting. The instructors truly love what they do. OMAC Burlington has done a tremendous job adjusting to online and virtual classes to keep the students learning and excited to continue their training!

Here at OMAC, our instructors make the difference. We understand the unique challenges a 3-5 year old can present to both teachers and parents.

Boredom is the number one reason that most people don't follow through with their exercise regimen. At OMAC Taekwondo, you will always be learning new, exciting and challenging exercises.
We are offering the classes for Family at OMAC Martial Arts Burloak, Burlington, Oakville / Trafalgar, Eglinton, Vaughan and Neyagawa / Oakville. I can't rave about this place more. The atmosphere is energetic and vibrant, and my son is absolutely smitten by Instructor Chris and Instructor Dow. I look forward to watching him bloom in this supportive and fun environment.

We have been going to OMAC Vaughan for over a year now, and have thoroughly enjoyed all of our classes both pre- and post-COVID. Virtual classes are fantastic (one to one) as the instructors are very attuned to the climate and still try to make it as normal as possible for our 6-year-old. Once we can go back in-person again, our 3-year-old will also be joining. We were part of OMAC for only a few months before we proceeded with the 'black belt' membership - that's how much we trust the instructors and how much we love going there.

We've had the most amazing experience at OMAC vaughan! The staff are incredibly patient, kind, supportive and friendly. The facility is clean, well maintained and safe. Their online private (one-on-one) classes during the pandemic have been amazing. They are also so flexible in rescheduling private classes for us when needed.
I highly recommend OMAC Vaughan!

OMAC Vaughan has been a home away from home for our two kids for the past 3 years. We have watched our children's physical and emotional capabilities grow from the guidance and leadership of Master Wes, Instructor Selo and Instructor Daniel. Through regular times, in class, and even virtual during the pandemic, our children have received personalized care and mentorship.

My son started Taekwondo with Master last year. He absolutely enjoyed going everyday prior to Pandemic and was quite sad after lockdown. They show and deal with each student with professionalism, love and care. The team is fun and make learning the pomes easy. Great teachers! Not only do they teach well but they also talk about respect, self discipline etc on the side. Kids adore the masters.
Since all masters do their job with passion and sincerity, They came with online program which is great help at this time. I can see a huge improvement in his self confidence and self esteem over the year

OMAC Vaughan is a fantastic learning environment for my children. They teach with a kind touch but have high expectations. This is the exact training my children need to be successful in life. They work diligently towards goals and by doing this, learning life skills along the way. I highly recommend OMAC as a mom and as an educator.

This school is amazing. I’ve trained martial arts my whole life, so I know the difference between a good Dojo and a bad one. My son now has been at OMAC Vaughn for 1.5 years.
The instructors are world class. These last two months in the new year, the quality has defiantly improved, classes are always engaging, new & exciting. My Son has recently expressed how much more he’s been enjoying it.
This past testing there was a whole bunch of kids and they all looked prepared. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their child involved in Taekwondo/Martial Arts.
