This morning my husband spoke to a girl in the office inquiring about two trucks . Apparently they were both still available . Sales guys never called back , but we took the two hour hike to come check out both trucks .
The ad says both trucks were 4x4 . We showed up just a few minutes ago to a man who doesn't seem to care about getting business and also to a dealership that looks like a scrap yard . No one is wearing masks as if We arent still in a pandemic. We also came to find out both trucks aren't 4x4 the ad is false, to also finding out one truck was sold . I tried to be skeptical of the

I am in process of purchasing my second vehicle from the JB team and my 2nd experience is a bit different than first BUT both amazing! I have now purchased a total of three vehicles from JB. First, my wonderful pickup truck; an absolute amazing truck. One problem with it that (if you do your research) is a common problem and super easy fix. Fixed it myself. Second, purchased a Mazda Tribute; seeings how it is from someone else, problems arose after 4-5 months. Sadly pass the warranty (3 months), however still runs and is good for the price I paid, no complaints. The old owner did however weld the entire exhaust system to the frame so it’s practically trash, still not JB’s fault at all! Finally, a van, it has tons of problems

Worst car dealer ever! We bought a pick up truck from them and only 2 days later. The truck engine show up a problem! We brought it back to JB truck and they just keep sending us away. They say they will call you back but they never did! We left tons of message but never heard anything back from them. A total hassle! There is no warranty at all! Never never buy any car from them!

If I could give them a lower rating I would!!
If I could describe them in one word I'd say they're UNTRUSTWORTHY. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of vehicle or need anything in general. They will charge you $$ if you just stand to keep warm in their office on a snowy day!!
They never deliver on time. They make promises and don't stand by them. NEVER GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE, THEY WILL FIND EXCUSES TO OVER CHARGE YOU!!!!
I would keep my worst enemy away from this place!!
