I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while. After disappointment after disappointment with many new dealerships, my brother recommended I go to That Car Place, as thats where he bought his used vehicle from.
From the second I walked in the door to test drive a vehicle I THOUGHT I wanted, to finding and buying a different, better vehicle to fit my needs on their lot, the staff were amazing, friendly, courteous and super helpful. Zsolt and Gabor made my car buying experience positive, quick and so much easier than buying from any other dealership. If I needed a new vehicle, I would go back

Although I was bit intimidated to buy my first electric car (PHEV, technically) so far away in London, Zsolt and Gabor made it easy, with timely communication via text and phone. Even though we hit a last-minute snag, they literally went the extra mile to deliver the vehicle for free when I couldn't drive it back when expected. They deserve their multiple years of Best Dealership awards!

Since owners switched, this place is horrible. Dont go here!!!They sold a car "certified" but is as is. There's no way this could be certified because of all the problems we've had. Brakes where supposed to be done, well they only did the back brakes, then we brought it back for grinding in the front. Then it wouldn't Start, they changed the plugs but wasn't the issue. Then it was transmitting control module and here we are still nothing done, still don't have the car or part. 30 days isnt even done yet! And we still don't have a working vehicle. We've had to go back 3 different times to fix this

Wonderful experience buying my car here. Not only did listen to my needs and price range. Before I arrived they had sent me a list of cars that fit and had everything ready for me. I bought my car that first visit. I had been looking at another dealership for 2 weeks. Found a car I liked and when I was ready to buy they increased the price of the car by $5000 stating they quoted me the wrong price. After that horrible experience it was refreshing to be treated so well at That Car Place. I would recommend them 100%

Considering I drove her all the way to London from Aylmer to purchase this vehicle, upon her pick up I did not expect her to drive back with less than a half of a tank of gas. This was a purchase over $25k and the least I expected was a full tank of gas when she would pick up her car.
The other issue, when customers pick up their vehicles they should not wait an hour and half to get their vehicle, because the paperwork was not ready.

Went in to check out a car they had in stock, with zero pressure and the utmost professionalism - Ryan hooked me up with the car I'd been searching for at the right price, and even had the service history for the car!! Unreal service, could not have had a smoother and happier transition into my new car. I've had friends purchase cars here before as return customers, I can see why. Kudos.
