Bethany is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria campus, Graduating from the final 3000-hour/7-term program. While at WCCMT Bethany gained experience working with many different conditions and physical abilities from Canadian Olympic athletes to cancer patients to seniors in care homes.
Matthew is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, and from the final class of the prestigious 7-term program. Matthew uses an integration of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Isolytic Release and Trigger Point Therapy in his practice. Matthew's treatments are specialized to the client's individual needs with intention to promote ongoing health and wellness.
Massage is effective professional health care that provides a drug-free approach to pain management and rehabilitation. It is widely understood that massage therapy decreases stress and helps control pain. Our Massage Practitioners (Non-Registered) have years of experience and are well versed in the soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.
Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) are trained to evaluate your individual health needs and address your soft tissue and musculoskeletal concerns. I have been a big fan of acupuncture for more than 20 years and that means I have accessed treatment with many professionals. Jacqueline stood out immediately as truly exceptional in her field. She put me at ease instantly - her open and gracious manner allows for very truthful, very specific discussion of the issue being addressed. This is not a learned skill, it's a way of being and is immensely important to me in my self-care. Her deep knowledge and ability to explain the treatment is the best I've ever had. Jacqueline is amazing in both her knowledge and her methodology for treatment. My back issue was treated soo well that my Chiropractor fast tracked my recovery plan and I was back to training in no time. If you are at all nervous or skeptical about acupuncture treatments I highly recommend seeing Jacqueline. She is gentle and has a number of tricks to ease the jitters of being needled - I went in nervous on day 1 (not a needle person) and now I look forward to getting treatment. Trust me, it's worth it and it works.

I started seeing Jacqueline recently due to some persisting shoulder/ elbow issues, and could not be more happy with the results thus far. Her comprehensive approach to treatment has been nothing short of amazing - and I especially enjoy the running commentary during sessions. Nothing better than walking out of an appointment having gained knowledge alongside pain relief. Treatment sessions have been very thorough, and of great value! Strongly recommend to anyone seeking help with injury recovery, pain management, or just general maintenance.

Go see Matt at Metro if you need some RMT care. Listens to your concerns and focuses right on what you need while keeping in mind you may have other issues that will emerge. As a high-level athlete, Matt has what you want to do in your life in mind with his therapy. Worth the trip dt (or stopping by after work if you already work dt).

I went to see the acupuncturist, Tiffany Dunning at this clinic and was so happy with my treatment! I have recurring neck pain from tension and walked away from my appointment feeling so relaxed and pain free! Tiffany really knows her stuff! She did a really thorough assessment at the beginning and I felt confident that I was in really great hands. I will definitely be back and would recommend her to everyone!
