We are seeking experienced heavy machinery operators for the upcoming winter season. Our company promotes a team atmosphere and we hold quality and safety to the highest standard. Must have a minimum of one year's experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes and loaders. We seeking walkway shovellers for the upcoming winter season.
We understand that the weather is unpredictable in the winter, so we are proud to offer morning visits, overnight visits and emergency response teams to ensure that your building and your people are safe. We offer 24/7 dispatch for emergency weather events and are available to return to a site as necessary throughout the storm.
Our snow dumping facility has provisions in place to reduce and prevent groundwater contamination. Marsten snow dumping facility is approved and regulated through Ottawa Development Services. All of Marsten snow dumping business operations are in accordance with the Environmental Protection act, the Ontario Water Resources Act, the Environmental Assessment Act and the Planning Act.

Annual contributor to the Ottawa Celebrity Sports Dinner, raising money for Soloway Jewish Community Centre. We provide annual donations to Movember, Elizabeth Bruyere Foundation, Heart & Stroke Foundation, National Capital Heavy Construction Association and the Ottawa Construction Association.
