Denali is pleased to provide you with seasonal snow removal as a contracted service, as well as one-time snow removal on demand. We also offer walkway shoveling and salting, repeat. We offer weekly and bi-weekly lawn maintenance packages, which include litter pickup, as well as trimming along the house, pathways, tree, fences and any other obstruction.

Terrible service.
TL;DR
Awful experience, hire anybody else because this company does not care
I called today at 430pm because our driveway was not cleared from last night's snow (they had all day to clear it since we are at work). Jess said she would send someone tonight and call me back or email to give me a rough timeframe so I could move our cars out of the way. It's now after 8pm and as usual no call back, no email. I tried calling and of course now they are closed.
Update : they never sent someone because Jess 'changed her mind' no joke, that's what she said and told me my contract was

I started using Denali for snow removal last year. I'm very happy with the service. After the first snow storm, the driver missed our house since we were a new customer. When I contacted the office, they answered my call right away. And the driver came to clean our driveway within 10 minutes. The office even reached out to me half a hour later to check with me if the driver came.
