Our reputation has grown from our commitment to being thorough and transparent when handling our clients' money. When we have your approval of the estimate, we use it to establish the budget, and then we sign the contract(s). During the course of construction we'll send you an invoice for work performed on your home during the previous two weeks.
We are delighted with our new home. Having looked at dozens of homes previously, we immediately recognized that your homes were different. Attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and quality materials helped this home to stand out from all the others. Upon meeting Larry for the first time, we could tell he was a different type of builder.
Our search for a builder to build our dream home included interviewing over a dozen custom home builders, touring homes with four of them before finally settling with Larry Clay from Clay Construction. The building experience with the Clay Construction team exceeded our expectations. Their processes are transparent and their promises were exceeded.

There isn't enough space in a small review to say what I would recommend about Clay Construction so I will give a small synopsis. We were walking into a tricky situation with a contractor and Larry took the time to educate us on what we should expect and how we could protect ourselves as the client. We were blown away at the time he spent with us, the authentic care, the wisdom and the experience coupled with an exceptional professionalism. Larry and Clay Construction set the standard for General Contracting of Custom Residential Homes. I knew when we (Globalview Home Technology) started working with them, providing system installations for security, audio-video and home automation technology, that as a Georgie Award winner, the quality expectations would be high which often means a lot of negative pressure.
