The doctors at Fraser Medical are still available to help you at this time of need. Please call and make an appointment in the usual fashion. At the time of your appointment, your doctor will consult with you via telehealth (telephone call or video call) to assess you. Many things can be done by telehealth appointments including renewing most of your medications.
If your doctor decides you need to be assessed in person, your doctor will arrange this with you as deemed safe. Note: Dr. Killick's appointments have not changed. With 12 examining rooms and a treatment room equipped to perform minor medical procedures, the physicians at Fraser Medical Clinic provide comprehensive medical care.

I have been a patient for about 7 years dine they moved to the location on 224th street and Dr. Burton left. It has gone downhill. IE my med prescription did not arrive at at the pharmacy until 11 days later. Even my pharmacist after sent them a message. When I called the office to ask about meds after 3 trys and the last time mins and tried a forth time and waited 45 mins someone finally answered. This was about 11:00 am. No apologies just said they would check.
I hope to find another office soon. This is terrible

The worst organization I have ever experienced in a medical clinic. You can never call and get through the phone lines, you are never called and left a message or any sort of notification about upcomming appointments. Their voice mail says to go online to try and book yet its not clear what website to try to use. plus they need to set you up with an account to do so. This clinic seriously needs to rethink its organization. Set up a voicemail for patients to leave a message for pete's sake and you can call them back. Or simply an email address or something. What they do currently is just absolutely

Trying to contact the receptionist is next to impossible. If you phone between 12:00 and 1:00 the message says that the staff are on lunch until 1:00. When you phone at 1:01 the message tells you they don't take calls before 2:00 PM. Who has time for this phone tag? If Doc Stewart wasn't such an excellent physician I would take my health issues elsewhere.
