I highly recommend listing on your hours open that it is phone appointment only. I drove to 3 different clinics today who don't update their websites to state what services are available, instead I see that it's a walk in clinic and it's open till a certain time so I go to it expecting it to be open like the hours say, only to see on the door phone appointment only. This is so frusterating during covid19 to get the health care you need, instead we are forced to go to the emergency department just to get a ear infection looked at and wait 8 hours to be told there's nothing they can do !

This is great clinic for the family. We've been this clinic for about 3 years now with Dr. Mtambo. He's professional, knowledgeable, take care of your health seriously, referred to specialist appropriately. Our family is more than happy have Dr. Mtambo as our family physician. Staff of Sullivan medical clinic are helpful especially Sandy. She knows how to take care of her patients and suggestions at the time when needed most.

Lady in the front counter is rude. Tells me there's no walk ins and that there's a sign that says that......There's a giant sign on the wall that says "walk in clinic" then on the door they put a small paper that says no walk ins... Also if you call the receptionist they put you on a 30 minute hold, meanwhile you walk in there and she's doing nothing LOL.

Staff are very friendly awesome service went to make an appointment they gave me an appointment within 2 hours of me making it doctor service was awesome never had a more pleasurable experience before in a doctor's office they should take this place as an example on how to run the rest of the doctors offices around here were you don't get treated with respect this is truly an awesome place I would recommend this place for anybody who wants to be treated with the utmost respect and not like you're just another number this is very rare and appreciated

The staff here are amazing! Susan is an absolute gem every time she helps me. My dr is great. The pharmacist in their building kindly walks me through every prescription I fill there. It's so streamlined, everything is quick and easy from check-in, being seen by the dr, then having my prescription filled.

Mixed experiences here - have booked appointments for my son several times and have been satisfied with those, however recently a doctor there attempted a minor surgery that did not produce the desired result. A better decision in retrospect would have been to order an ultrasound first before attempting the surgery

The Staff at Sullivan Medical Clinic is AmazingThe A-team staff at the front are courteous, supportive, efficient, caring & professional. The manager/owner, kindly let me inside just after locking up, I had to pick up forms in a hurry, he kindly listened & made it clear that he cared, he enquired with his staff(by cell) about the whereabouts of the forms. He calmed me down by allowing me to sit in a Dr's room while searching. This was after they had closed.. no staff Although he didn't find them, we figured out where they were! My Excellent

I just came on this site to put my comments of the great service at Sullivan Medical Clinic.... I stumbled upon comments from someone who says the clinic is terrible. I will have to disagree. My experience at the clinic was nothing but friendly and the service was better than any other clinic I have ever been to. The girls in the front are more helpful than anywhere I have been before. Always joking and smiling with patients.... including me. Dr Baby is the best doctor. He made sure that all my concerns were addressed and he spends over 15 min with me everytime I see him. His concern for my health

Dr.Baby and the staff at Sullivan Medical Clinic are amazing! Dr.Baby is very knowledgeable and caring, always listens to our concerns and answers our questions. When Dr. Baby was too busy we saw Dr. Mtambo who was just as good, as was Dr. Grewal when our son had to see a pediatrician. All the nurses and ladies at the front desk were awesome as well! Especially Sandy and Susan: they are efficient and friendly, and always nice to our kids. We respect that they are a very busy clinic so sometimes appointments need to be made quite ahead of time , but if it is a true emergency they have always tried

I was really happy with my visit. Receptionists were nice, call was answered professionally, and Dr. Baby was very helpful in diagnosing and treating my concern. He asked several questions and seemed legitimately interested in my wellbeing. I typically despise walk-in clinics and everything to do with the conventional medical establishment due to SO many awful experiences in the past, but I was extremely impressed with this clinic and doctor. They are in short supply!

The staff here are amazing and will make you always feel at home and comfortable. Some of the most compassionate and caring people. Sandy is the BEST and is the whole reason we love coming here! She’s like the mom you’ve always wanted. The doctors are always helpful and available and if you can’t see your family doctor you can see any of them which is great and super helpful to work around busy schedules. But most of all of it wasn’t for the beautiful amazing outgoing Sandy it would be your typical clinic. She brings such positivity to a doctors office where you go when your not feeling

UPDATE*** Since writing this review i have been told i need to find another clinic and another doctor. I have been told the owner of the clinic takes pride in her clinic and its best i go somewhere else. If this is true, its only fair the owner hear and see the truth written on how doctors in her clinic treat patients. Everything in this review was true and i was told "if i want to change it.. i can". My answer to that is No, because its all true.

I have been a patient at the clinic for two years and have always been impressed with the caring and professional environment. From the moment I enter the clinic, the staff are pleasant, smiling and available to answer any questions. Even when the clinic is busy, the telephone lines ringing off the hook the staff is always calm, and professional.. As well, I have also been impressed at how tactful and respectful the staff is when dealing with difficult persons. I wanted to mention Sandy because she is always positive, upbeat and caring and it is obvious she loves what she does.

I originally went to see Dr. P Ali because I had developed mastitis ( inflammation of the milk duct due to breast feeding). While in the doctors office room I saw on the computer that all the patients names were up on the screen with the reasons for their visit ( some real personal stuff). When Dr. Ali saw me she seemed upset that I was breast feeding my 13 month old child and instructed me to stop right away as the child was not receiving any benefits from it. The Public Health Nurse encourages breast feeding to 2 yrs of age.

I've been to this place many times. Usually have to wait a little while if my appointment is after 10am. Their docs are nice. But their referral system needs some work. I asked my doc to give me a referral to a specialist i've seen before in early August. And they never called me to tell me if they have gotten my appointment. I called twice to the clinic to follow up on my referral a few weeks later. Both time I was told that referral has been sent to the specialist but they haven't hear back from them. Finally I emailed my specialist's secretary to ask if they have received

I found this clinic for my ageing parents who had just moved to the area and needed a family doctor. I had set up at time to do a meet and greet but our appointment was bumped a day later due to an emergency??
We arrived a good 15 minutes prior to our appointment and then waited over an hour while all the patients who were already there had been seen, as well as others who had arrived after us. No explanation was offered. Not a very good first impression. Definitely would not recommend this clinic
