Our Provincially Registered Audiologists & Hearing Instrument Practitioners (RHIP) are trained to offer comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid consultations, and hearing rehabilitation (see list of services below). Clients can stop by the clinic with no appointment, to see our staff for hearing aid cleanings, minor repairs and adjustments.

What a pleasant surprise when I had my second set fitted by Craig at NexGen ! I had no idea how many features I could use . Surround sound, directional hearing , direct link to television , adjustment on my cell, direct calls right into my hearing aids on and on ... I’m not a tech savvy , Craig and his assistant Trish always ready to teach and review! Excellent follow up and perks! Highly recommended !!

My hearing aids recently needed to be sent away for repair... no problem, they gave me a loner set to use while mine were away ( and only 3 days at that).
