Excellent place to shop for all your marine and atv needs. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If your boat is 14 feet or longer than 30 feet, they can provide you with what you need.

I was in a hard way the weekend of the Labor Day holiday. I had a scheduled 10 day stay in Bamfield with two different family groups showing from the states for fishing trips. A long story, I needed help and Port Boathouse was busy as you can imagine and I new they had a good reputation. I pleaded my case to Graeme and he squeezed me in and they saved our trip. Thanks so much for your help.

I called these guys by accident, trying to reach another boat sales/service place in Victoria. The person I spoke with, Steve, was amazing, though. He priced out a new outboard for me, and answered all of my questions over several days, even when he was out on the road. He was honest, decent, and polite. He even figured out ways for me to buy the motor from them and have it shipped (cheaply) to Victoria for installation. Even though it didn't work out in the end, I would not hesitate to do business with them, even given the distance. Great people!

Great service, great price, no nonsense.
I need my boat for work, and when I had a weird electrical issue, the guys in Port Alberni spent a lot of time helping me diagnose over the phone, ordered a part I might need (just in case) and shipped it to Tofino where my boat was. Jori and Miles in Tofino were super professional. They took the time to find and fix the problem instead of just replacing an expensive part. They explained exactly what they did, walked me through the bill, and went above and beyond. And this was for a small repair on a small engine, not some big expensive job. They saved

I would know, I tried phoning him and he rudely hung up the phone . Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE (MIKE)!
Do not buy anything from this company!
Look 👀 around first for whatever you need .... you will find better prices and much better customer service elsewhere!
Don’t waste your time at this place.

We travelled in from Vancouver and were wondering if we were nuts for flying out and renting a car. Well, it paid off. We absolutely love our 28 Cutwater! Everyone at Port Boat House were fantastic. We have bugged them on numerous occasions with our newbie boating questions and they have always been very helpful. Captain Paul gave us our orientation and has been a tremendous resource for us. Recommend 100%

So i went around checked out all the placed in town and they were all great... but steve at boathouse was fantastic. I told him exactly what i wanted and they delivered. Very quick worked fast to make sure i was fishing in no time!!!top notch service and Yamaha is high quality

Had a great experience purchasing from them. Local dealer's near me didn't seem to interested in helping me find a new boat, or were asking way to much for what I wanted. Port Boat house beat all there prices and I got exactly what I wanted.

Steve Haslin in parts is my go to guy. So much so that I order my parts from him even though I live 3 hours away and several other dealerships are closer. He knows his stuff, gives you honest opinions and always gets the parts right.
I’ve tried closer dealers but their parts guys have no knowledge and end up constantly ordering the wrong parts which leaves my boat or atv out of commission.
PA Boathouse seems to have a good stock of most parts you need in stock which is great. Keep up the good work Steve!
