Parksville Boathouse

I bought a 2018 , new Campion 682 SC bra, from these people in December 2018. They didn't tell me they were no longer a Campion dealer. So they provided no support, and didn't return emails or phone calls.
The correct thing to do in the case of a brand new boat is to advise the prospective purchaser before they took the deposit. I would not have bought had I known they would no support me.
The whole reason for buying a new boat is for worry free maintenance, and the ability to chat with someone about all the minor stuff.
Parksville Boathouse treated me unfairly and mean spirited. I behaved in

I bought a Hewes Craft Sea Runner from this company back in Feb 2020.
The purchase process was professional and efficient with all due diligence being undertaken on time.
As with all purchases there were a few small practical issues that needed to be addressed but these were resolved immediately.

Excellent, knowledgeable, and professional service, we recently purchased a Kingfisher and had a very enjoyable experience with Jes, Greg, Brad, and the rest of the staff. The post purchase service has been outstanding, everything from personalized on the water instruction to maintenance and storage has been above and beyond expectations. They are also very helpful with advice on the current fishing conditions and what tackle is working. We are hooked.

Purchased a large Kingfisher for family and fishing. Very happy with the boat, glad we chose aluminum over fibreglass for the west coast. We selected a few options, some common, some not. Parksville Boathouse walked us through the pros and cons, and were patient and courteous throughout.
