We needed to move locations on short notice for my practice and everyone at True Steel was professional and courteous. Their specialist, Krystle, was great to work with and made sure she knew exactly what we needed and made it happen. Their service coordinator, Rob, got us scheduled in literally the next day and their service techs, Brian and his assistant, were fantastic - they worked around us, were friendly and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the equipment, and that everything was installed as it should be. My first experience with a security firm, , and I'm so impressed ! From account management to the service technician who installed , all were friendly and competent. They explained in detail how to operate the system , so I wouldn't make a mistake or unnecessary emergency calls . There is a TOTAL PEACE OF MIND , knowing someone is looking after you and your possessions . Thank you all
