Denise Elliott is an award winning Makeup Artist based out of North Vancouver, B.C., specializing in bridal makeup, fashion, lifestyle and editorial. Her philosophy is all about bringing out a woman's natural beauty by enhancing their best features to compliment her skin, style and personality.
After finishing her training at the renowned Blanche Macdonald Centre in 2005, Denise began applying her skills with top cosmetic lines, including Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Stila, YSL, NARS and Giorgio Armani.In 2011 Denise struck out on her own, creating Denise Elliott Makeup Artistry, a mobile makeup and hair company.

Our studio offers all hairstyling, cut & colour, including highlights, colour, styling, and cuts! Focusing on the regrowth where a single colour is applied to the inch of hair closest to the scalp. Includes a wash, head massage, blow-dry and a simple style. Pricing may vary, depending on hair length and thickness.
Our professional makeup studio offers a variety of makeup bookings. Including special events, weddings, editorial, maternity, graduation, makeup lessons, lifestyle, headshots and many more! Light makeup application (does not include eyeliner or lashes) achieving that "no makeup" makeup look. Need a little help perfecting your eyes?

Kind, professional, listened to what I was looking for in my hair colour, and it turned even better than I’ve envisioned it! Hair stylist, Christina, she is an expert in my opinion. On my 1st visit we discussed my hair, what I wanted....voila, I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Sylvia for you hair styling needs.

I had my makeup done by Sarah and my hair done by Shelley, and both were fabulous. They were both able to take a very rough description of what I was looking for and execute it better than I every could have imagined. I felt so pretty and confident. The salon is welcoming, bright and clean, and everyone I encountered (including the other clients!) was just so lovely.

I absolutely loved my experience at Denise Elliott Beauty Co. I won a give away on instagram so received full make up and hair service for my engagement photoshoot. The shop looks super clean and chic and both Shelly and Sarah were amazing. They can tailor the style to your wants and needs and are very professional and fun to talk with. Highly recommend this place!

I had my hair and make-up done at Denise Elliot for my wedding. I could not have been more satisfied. The staff were professional and made me feel at complete ease (which can be difficult for a bride on her wedding day). My hair and make-up lasted easily through the day, even though it was an outdoor wedding in the rain and wind.
I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the pampering experience on your special day. 😊

I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea! I was hesitant to go to a new hair stylist after a year of avoidance from a color/cut job gone wrong...BUT Chelsea was fantastic. She listened to what I said and reconfirmed what I wanted throughout the appointment to make sure I was getting what I envisioned. Also, I'm not the kind of person who likes to talk an entire 3 hour appointment either, and never did conversation feel forced or dry! She was engaged yet let me just enjoy the experience the perfect amount. She was extremely professional and I will be going back to see her again! Thank you Chelsea
