We had issues with our water heater and Yunus came in the very next morning found the thermostat malfunctioning and replaced it. Yunus was very efficient, friendly and professional. Our water heater stopped working right before we had to give our toddler a bath. Luckily there was some tepid water left. Raj came right away the next morning and replaced the whole sensor. Previous repair men had just shaved the corrosion off the old sensor. Very happy with how quick and responsive Raj was and hopeful we now will always have warm water for our toddler and ourzelves!

I contacted Sam to help resolve issues with my A/C in my condo unit a few months ago. There are some characteristics I really liked about Sam. He is very professional, answered my calls and got back to me promptly. He also worked around my schedule to arrange an appointment that was convenient for me. He was upfront about the cost and process, and took his time with his investigation. It did not feel like a rushed visit. In terms of his professionalism, I would give him 5 stars.

When it comes to HVAC, Sam knows his stuff, and the service was top notch. One quick trip to figure out the problem, then he got the part the following day and even accommodated my schedule and came by at 9pm. Heat working perfectly now, problem solved. Go with Sam and Climax, you won't be disappointed!
