I called Eco Star when my furnace stopped working at around 8 am. I contacted Tracy, my sales representative, and she got a consultant to check first thing in the morning the next day. My furnace was installed and done before 3pm. We have 2 kids at home as well. Much appreciated for Tracy's quick response. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my old furnace which I found it was 19 years old, I started to shop around for both furnace and AC. Spoke to many representatives and got many offers.
