Dennis (the owner) provided THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED >> Especially during sensitive times << amidst covid-19 recession and while trying to produce a memorial piece for my recently deceased grandmother.
I source and work with print/production suppliers all the time. Word-for-word, he complained that he'd already spent more than 30 minutes a $40 product and my request for a photo of a sample was not worth his time (he encouraged me to request a refund). We are in a recession and a referral economy. Dennis has failed

I have used Imperial Trophies for various events, I could go to someone closer, but I always choose them because of their impeccable customer service. Imperial always goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers needs are met. This has been a family run business for as long as I have been using their services. Dennis the owner, and now his daughter Kourtney are always a pleasure to deal with.
