Eclipse Awards is genuinely a treat to work with. They are very accommodating to our company with custom work & tight deadlines. Our main communication is via email & I have never encountered an issue with delayed responses of any kind.

When I was looking to have a custom crystal award created, I contacted several Lower Mainland award shops to gauge my options. Kimi from Eclipse Awards responded immediately and with all the information I was curious about. She guided my ordering experience in a professional and friendly manner. Eclipse's graphic design team was able to reformat my custom artwork to Vector format without any issues. The vibrant colours of my artwork were captured perfectly on the award.
