It is with great excitement that we officially announce that Alta Vista Cooperative Nursery School is now Alta Vista Nursery School, a program of Andrew Fleck Children's Services. Alta Vista Co-operative Nursery School (AVCNS) began operating as of September of 1984, as the Rideau Park Co-operative Nursery School.
In September of 1991, we re-located to our current address at 480 Avalon Place, occupying the main floor and part of the basement at the Trinity Church of the Nazarene. Over the years our purpose has remained consistently the same: To create a special place for children where play is learning and learning is stimulating, challenging, creative and fun and we know this focus will continue.
