Very unprofessional staff, lack of knowledge about responsibilities as a condo management company, and no transparency or accountability for how they operate. I would not recommend Paul and his team for any property management services.

Went in to apply for an apartment and was told with out firsy months rent. The application wouldnt even be looked at or a credit check wouldnt be done. Went back with first months rent and the fully completed application i had the day before. Mind you I have been trying to contact the super for many weeks prior. As I walk up to the counter and hand the application and money to the secretary. She reads it over only to tell me that thr unit has already been rented. She was a miserable old lady to and showed nothing but growchy behaviour. I prat for anyone having to deal with this company

I live in the townhouses in Hagersville and Megna is a dreadful landlord. He is very cheap and puts no money into upkeep or into renovations.
Simple requests like a new window screen or closet door takes months and you always has to follow up.
Landlord also hires the cheapest people to plow snow and we are all stuck in our driveway after a heavy snowfall due to the fact that the plow doesnt come until the afternoon.
Its a shame because the units are beutiful (or they could be) but based on the amount of rent you pay, you would expect more from a landlord.
You are better off looking elsewhere

I've been living in an apartment for 3 days already with no hot water. The whole building has no hot water. The super won't answer any questions and hasn't even talked to any one from the property management company yet. They don't monitor their emergency line on the weekend apparently, and we have no answers. This is completely outrageous and unacceptable.
UPDATE: Our hot water was finally restored on day 5. I have still had no response to the messages left for Megna.

For super are wrong. Consistently not answering the phone. When you do reach someone asking for these numbers they say"don't waste our time"
