I was impressed with this place, clean, organized! Even the ladies smiled & looked very beautiful! Dressed for success! There's lots to choose from watches for him or her! Chains of all make & sizes, from gold to silver! Even for a man! Ear rings, engagement ring, wedding bands; etc! If I ever make it back to Campbell River, & can afford it; might just buy something for myself

Took my Dad's older watch in as I hadn't been able to set the time on it for quite a while. It turned out after they took it apart that the internal mechanisms were corroded and beyond repair, unfortunately. They could have easily charged a minimum fee for their time and effort but instead just gave me the watch back after showing me the issue inside of it. Really good, timely service with friendly staff. Will certainly go back the next time a repair or purchase is needed.

Dropped off a nice watch for a battery and new gem because it had some mild scratches on the surface. Didn't hear back for months, went to see what was going on and find that my watch had been completely destroyed! It looked like it had been run over by a truck! The gem was smashed, the wrist strap was shredded and they tried to argue and say it must have been dropped off like that. If your jewellery has any sentimental value, take it elsewhere.
