The Lawyers at Bernstein Law Group have been approved by Legal Aid to represent clients with a Legal Aid certificate. I worked with Mr. Bob Bernstein on a legal matter relating to the Mental Health Act through a Consent and Capacity Board hearing, and although we never met and everything had to be done remotely through teleconferences due to the Covid Pandemic, Mr. Bernstein was able to shed light and bring justice in the midst of allegations and lies against me in court and we were able to win our case nonetheless.

The Bernstein Law Group did an amazing job on my case. I was in a T-Bone accident when a driver ran a stop sign. I think he must have been on his cell phone. As the case started, the other driver said it was me who had ran the stop sign. Bob Bernstein hired a private investigator firm to gather more information and witness statements that eventually led to the other side admitting liability. Throughout the process this firm was professional, quick to answer any questions I had.
