From the beginning the staff were professional, polite and helpful (Dana and John) the gentleman that did the repairs did an outstanding job. I got my car back looking brand new. Highly recommend!! They cleaned my interior as well to my surprise(Bonus). I’m truly pleased with the service provided.

Vehicle went to CSN Alliance to get an estimate for my insurance company. My insurance company deemed the vehicle to be a total loss and paid me out for it. I never got to use CSN, but the staff were very professional, courteous and thorough on everything that was being done. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Kept me informed as well which I like.

I have used CSN Alliance Collision twice for body repair due to accidents. On both occasions the staff working there were super nice and made the experience as painless as possible. After some research, I decided to call CSN Alliance for a quote for some body work. Boy am I glad I did. The service that John, Arnold, and Dayna provided was nothing short of exceptional. With the added bonus they are a preferred vendor of my car insurance - understandable!

I love the work that they did in my car. I came to this body shop from my desjardins Insurance and they did an amazing job. My car is like brand new. They were very clean and professional. The owner and the lady in the front desk were absolutely professional and helpful any moment. I highly recommended this place if you need to get any body shop in your car!
