We bought a home during this crazy housing market boom and, while we didn’t include a home inspection as a condition of purchase, we still wanted to get one done after our closing date to get peace of mind that there were no major issues with the home. Hendrick is very professional and very detailed. He performed the house inspection meticulously, provided us with a timely detailed report. He went above and beyond what inspectors usually do; used a thermal sensor to see cold spots in the roof and walls. He even used a moisture sensor!

I'm very satisfied with Hendrik's excellent work, from start to finish! I booked the appointment via the company website, and the booking system is quite efficient as it can tell the available time slots right away, and the booking process is very straightforward. And then one day prior to the inspection date, Hendrik called me to confirm the schedule. This is the second time I have asked Hendrik, from A to Z Home Inspections, to conduct a home inspection on a house I've bought. Just like the first time (almost 10 years ago), Hendrik has proven to be superior to any other "regular" home inspection I've seen.
