We hired Jason to do a home inspection prior to our one year warranty with Tarion on our townhome.
He did quite a comprehensive good job. It is amazing how many items one can miss that a professional can point out.

We were referred to Ottawa area Home Inspections by a friend of ours. Jason was very professional and extremely courteous and was definitely there to look after us especially during a stressful time of buying a new home. On our initial request, he came out to look at a home that we were planning to buy. Jason did the full inspection and let us know in advance that there may be some issues concerning the foundation. I normally don't write reviews but my experience was so good I had to. I used Ottawa Area Home Inspections on October 15, 2019. Jason was very responsive to requests and flexible on timing (very short notice) prior to the inspection.
On inspection day he was on time, well prepared and walked me through everything he looked at. He was extremely thorough through out the house inside and out.
The next day he sent me the inspection report with pictures and detailed writeup.
A few days later Jason called me and asked me if I had any questions or concerns about the property...floored by this level
