I enjoy my physician but the clinic as a whole is poorly run, the phone is never answered it says press one for booking you listen to this long message and then get hung up on. This makes it very hard to get an appointment here. They also have a new service that sounds great until you learn you need to pay for each use or pay to subscribe to get prescriptions refills without an appointment

I am a cancer survivor as is my son we are both auto immune defiencient. After many instances of neglect on the staff of boreal medicines administrative blunders and my long history of almost dying due to this sort of negligence... Iaskd somr questions and wanted to make a complaint to my doctor. Jesse Allison dismissed me instead of hearing my complaint. I was stunned but was able to finally convince Jesse Allison that asking questions about health And your health care team is normal. She admitted that she only took one side of what occurred so we continued....until I asked another question. Now

I finally got on with this office for a family doctor since they lost my first intake form. First appointment I had with Jessie Alison was done over the phone for no longer then 5 minutes. I asked if she could prescribe me a different kind of birth control cause the one I was taking was making me depressed all the time. Her response "are you having thoughts of suicide?" I replied no. She said "oh, then your fine then. All of them will make u feel like that".
My second appointment over the phone. I had made this appointment 10 days prior to it.

Dr Jessie Allison was my physician for about eight months. I love that she takes the time to listen and understand my point of view. It showed that she cares about her patients. The only complaint is that it takes awhile to book an appointment with her. They have two walk-in clinics that one can go to, but the range of services offered is limited.

So far, so good. I've been a patient for about 4 months and have only had good experiences. Doctor Jessie Allison has been attentive and very consultative. She tells you what you need to hear (not what you want) but does it with grace and respect. It's great to have a family physician, but even better when they are a good person.

The medical care is very good, however, to wait from mid November to February for an appointment to see my doctor is excessive. Especially since they are accepting new patients, I can't see how this will help the wait times. There is a walk in clinic where you might see a Physician's Assistant and not necessarily a doctor.
