You know when you want to go and buy electronics, and you end up going somewhere and getting zero service and they have no idea if it's a good TV, bad TV, great speaker, terrible speaker...well this is not CGM...extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They take good care of us and they don't carry garbage products.

The Sound Room which used to be in Vancouver for the last 40 years. Bought my first Marantz 150 tuner from them in 1979.....
People are extremely friendly and knowledgeable in 2 channel audio. They carry some top notch gear,
Wilson, Dagastino, Moon ,Totem etc. Home theater is also a handled by them. They did a theater for one of my clients. After sales service was outstanding.Large selection of OLED and led TVs. Have dealt new owners for a long time. Highly recommended.

This is a disgusting store to deal with. We spent over $5,000 on a plasma TV and a nice entertainment unit. The plasma broke down and I went into the store to get some advice on where to get it repaired. The guy who I spoke with, who I assume was the owner, was rude and gave me the name of a repair shop with the worst rating in Vancouver, birds of a feather,flock together. The owner told me the set was garbage, no parts, Panasonic wouldn't help me out, buy this new $4500.00 set, blah,blah,blah. Turns out that I had an email from a higher up in Panasonic that offered to pay a good portion of

I've been a customer for 2+ years. Bill has been fantastic in his help. He is very responsive to emails, calls, etc. and is always willing to find the information I require. Bill, Robin and the sales staff are honest and knowledgeable without the pressure to buy.
The 2 installers, Aaron and Shawn, were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient when setting up the new OLED TV. They made sure the TV and existing components were setup correctly, firmware updates done, connections to my LAN were working and resolved any issue with playback of media before they left.
