I went to Firefly a couple of weeks back to see if they can fix a loose connection at the base of the charging pin on my laptop's charger. The folks at the store are very courteous and professional, I got my charger pin fixed at an excellent price and it works like a charm!

Got my laptop repaired here, one day turnaround, great price, even better service. Went back a few months later as a cable that I got had frayed, and they replaced it..... for NO CHARGE. Would *highly* recommend in a heartbeat.

Fixed my beats solo3 here (1 side wasn't working). Quick -day turn around and fair prices. I like that they are straight forward in their service.
Headphones are working great again. I was going to try and fix it myself but the time, money, and effort to get a soldering machine and DIY would not equal the value and convenience of this shop. The replacement parts seem to be of equal quality - maybe a sonics expert can pick up any minute differences.

They went above and beyond for my hard drive data loss even though they didn't manage to recover my files. The lady was extremely courteous even when I was calling frequently to check on the status of the repair. They had to close due to the coronavirus but made sure that I got my drive back, and didn't charge me anything despite all the hours they put in. I managed to recover a portion of the data myself with a software I purchased, but I'm grateful for all they did for me.

I had a laptop that had no power button. Well it did until an ex bf decided if he couldn't take it when we broke up, I wasn't going to be able to use it!

Crazy ( I paid for it ! ) Anyway, that was years ago and it had been in storage ever since . It was new when he broke it so I figured why not see if it could be fixed.

This is the first and last time I will ever go to Firefly Electronics. To summarize, not only did they not fix my headphones, but I was returned my headphones in worse condition than when I brought them in.
I accidentally cracked the band on my pair of Beats wireless headphones (see "Before" photo attached) and my brother took them to Firefly Electronics for repairs while I was away on a work trip. They said they didn't have a rose gold band, but they had a white one and asked if my brother would like a white band instead. My brother replied that he would think about it and then get back to them

Great service. They fixed my headset pretty quickly and held it until I was able to pick it up. I really didn't want to buy a new headset for another hundred dollars and they fixed it at a pretty reasonable price. Make sure you indicate what you want fixed so they can give you a quote. Fixing wires and making sure the mic also works after are 2 separate jobs... But all in all, it was still cheaper than buying my limited edition headset off eBay or craigslist again.

This is by far the best place I have gone to repair my iphone. I have a bad, expensive habit of cracking my screen and damaging my phone. As a result of my clumsiness, I have probably been to every phone repair shop in the Downtown area. Everywhere else will overcharge and take longer to fix your product. This lovely family run business is unique in their friendly, honest, and efficient service. They will not try to upsell you and their services won't cost an arm and a leg.

Went here to buy micro SD card, because the one I had was almost full. I tried putting it in my action cam and it doesn't work. The other micro SD cards I have work perfectly fine. I wasted $17 and I can't take any more videos :(. Doesn't open tomorrow, so I can't return it before flying back home.

Terrible service. Had my screen replaced with a one year warranty. The screen began leaving black leakage/dead pixels two days later. They would not honour my warranty and said it was physical damage even though there was absolutely no physical damage whatsoever. Also the service is slow and very pricey. Stay away from here if you want peace of mind.

I brought my beats headphones to Firefly to replace the jack in late December 2016. I picked them up a week later. They did not work so I returned them to be repaired. The repair work was very poorly done and the wrong jack was used. I was initially told that this service would cost an additional $40. After a frank conversation with the owner it was agreed that this repair should be completed at no cost. I was told that I could pick my headphones in 1 week. After hearing nothing from Firefly for 2 weeks I went into the shop and asked what was going on?
They did not have a clue and even questioned
